FCBA Youth , Veterans and First Responders Beekeeping Scholarship

This year, we will offer Youth Scholarships to students 10 - 18, who are interested in beekeeping and DO NOT ALREADY HAVE BEES (must be a beginner beekeeper). Youth must live or go to school in Fairfield County and be involved in some type of ag program - 4-H, ag classes, FFA, or live on a farm.

We are excited to announce that we will open up the adult Veteran Scholarship to include First Responders, for our 2025 scholarships. Those interested in the scholarship must live or work in Fairfield County. (You do not have to live or work in Fairfield County to take the Beginning Beekeeping class. This requirement is only for the scholarships.)

DUE DATE FOR SCHOLARSHIPS TO BE IN IS DEC. 6, 2024.

There will be an interview process for finalists.
